How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and usually arrive within 3–8 business days after that. Shipping is free on every US order, and you'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. We currently ship to US addresses only.
Does the Clean Desk Kit arrive in one box?
Yes, the clips and phone stand ship together. If you add extras like the cable winders, those may arrive in a separate package with their own tracking.
What surfaces do the cable clips stick to?
The clips work best on smooth, flat, clean surfaces like wood, laminate, glass and metal. Wipe the spot clean and let it dry before sticking them on. On delicate or antique finishes, try one clip in a hidden spot first.
What cables fit in the clips?
Any cable up to 7.5 mm thick, which covers most phone chargers, USB cables, earbuds and laptop charging cables.
What phones fit the stand?
The stand fits most phones and small tablets, with or without a case.
What if something arrives damaged?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. In most cases you won't need to send anything back. See our refund policy for details.
Can I return something if I change my mind?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery, as long as it's unused and in its original packaging. Email us to start a return.
