Shipping policy

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–8 business days. Shipping costs and options are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking
You'll get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Multiple items
If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages. You'll get tracking for each one.

Lost or late packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days, email us at deskboundsupply@gmail.com and we'll track it down or send a replacement.

Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. We can update it as long as the order hasn't shipped.
